A split is when you spread your legs apart so you’re sitting on the ground like this. When you first start doing splits it will hurt, but if you practice every day it won’t hurt as much!!!!!!!!!!!! There are 2 types of splits:  side , middle.

    I know for sure, I can’t do the splits….no way, no how!!!! In fact, May, that looks pretty painful to me. If I tried to do the splits you might have to call the fire department or an ambulance to get me up. Which is easier, side splits or middle splits?
